Rental Agreement

By renting a real estate signpost from Sign Hotline, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. The rental period begins on the day the signpost is installed and ends on the day it is removed.

Responsibility

While the signpost is rented, the real estate agent is responsible for the signpost and any attached signage. This includes, but is not limited to, protecting the signpost from damage, ensuring that it is not stolen, and promptly reporting any damage or theft to Sign Hotline.

Replacement Cost

If the signpost is vandalized, stolen, or damaged beyond repair during the rental period, the real estate agent is responsible for the cost of replacement, which is $105. Sign Hotline will remove the damaged signpost and install a replacement upon receipt of payment. There will also be a 50% reinstall fee of the original cost of the install.

Return of Signpost

At the end of the rental period, the real estate agent must ensure that the signpost is in good condition and has been removed from the property. Failure to return the signpost or returning it in damaged condition will result in additional charges.

Liability

Sign Hotline is not liable for any damage or injuries that result from the use of the signpost or signage. The real estate agent assumes all liability related to the use of the signpost and signage.

Indemnification

The real estate agent agrees to indemnify and hold Sign Hotline harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses that arise from the use of the signpost or signage.

Termination

Sign Hotline reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if the real estate agent violates any of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Sign Hotline is located.

Sign Hotline charges a $35 trip charge for pick up, drop off, and replacement of signposts to cover transportation and labor costs associated with these services. This fee allows us to maintain a fleet of vehicles and employ trained professionals who can efficiently and safely handle signpost-related tasks.

In addition, we charge a 50% reinstall fee if a signpost needs to be reinstalled. This fee is charged to cover the cost of labor and materials required to reinstall the signpost, as well as to compensate for the additional time and resources required to perform this task.

However, if the signpost needs to be reinstalled due to an error in our installation process, the real estate agent will not be charged a 50% reinstall fee. We take responsibility for any mistakes made during the installation process and will correct them at no additional cost to the agent.

If the signpost needs to be reinstalled due to weather-related factors such as wind, rain, snow, or any other acts of Mother Nature, the agent will be charged a 50% reinstall fee. While we cannot control the weather, we must still cover the costs associated with reinstalling the signpost to ensure that it remains upright and visible to potential buyers.

We believe that our fees are reasonable and reflect the costs associated with providing high-quality services to our clients. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our clients have a positive experience when working with us.
